Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP at Orange County California. Henry is a happy, go-lucky father. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my day-to-day life, both my good and bad days. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. In the age of one quarter, I joined my parents. In the hope of having a better life I wanted to try my best to please them and determined to achieve my goals. My life was set out for me to study at university, land an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy a home. That was my ideal of what it would take to be successful. But the reality of life changed my thoughts. My corporate job in 2013 was one I had a fear of. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I felt I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. I was passionate about fitness and being social and helping others when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I found my calling in personal training. In 2014, I established my company and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. To be a leader in my field, and to provide quality coaching to assist others in achieving better health and happiness by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their targets. Also, I want people to feel empowered to achieve their goals and accomplish whatever they want in their life. When I began my professional job, the passing of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. After battling for eight years with the disease, she is currently resting at Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. It's incredible how life can give us the exact instruction we require, even when we don't realize it. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways. I am convinced that my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. When she passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also give me a second chance of living an enjoyable, fulfilling and fulfilling life. At the age of 30, I have a sense of being alive and in the moment. It's not like I just exist anymore. In sharing my story I hope that my thoughts will resonate with yours. My hope is to aid you in understanding that you're not alone. You have the ability to achieve anything that your heart desires. Since death is the only thing we have in life I want you to enjoy your life and die without regrets.
