Richard B. Cheney is famous American public servant, businessman as well as a politician. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on the 30th of January, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, Richard moved his family across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper which was where his dad worked as head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
