Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp has been a Canadian actor for a long time. Her name is well-known due to the roles she played in film and television. She has a large following on American as well as Canadian TV. Emily's interest in acting began in the year 12 she was visiting their sister Katie who was filming one of Katie's films. When she realized her love for the acting world Emily decided to enroll in classes to learn about it and began auditioning. After several commercials that were successful, she was quickly cast in the Canadian children's horror television series Are You scared of Dark? The only part she was in was one that was silent. The first time she was seen on screen was at the age of 15, when she was cast in the series of the WB called Glory Days as a regular. Emily's performances caught the attention to Dawson's Creek's Greg Berlanti, who then made her a part of his television show Everwood. Emily was also a dancer, as well as a photographer. Teen once named her as one of the top actors who were under twenty. The Maxim's Hot 100 2014 list ranked Emily at 51.
